The Swedish Dental Service Organisations, Folktandvården, in Stockholm were about to implement the ”Frisktandvård” concept as a core part of its operation. Information and training was carried out in local meetings/sessions in each clinic, followed by a national kick-off in Stockholm the week before the concept was launched.

Creative Meetings was responsible for production and content/strategy for the final event. 1 600 guests gathered in Circus in Stockholm. The event was built in a talk show format. Various representatives from the FTV organizations were guests in the “studio”, and participants were engaged through a pre-conference website where they could discuss both challenges and opportunities ahead.
